Bonni Ison's Real Estate experience commenced 35 years ago in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Her positive, energetic attitude, and acute business sense, quickly made her a top producer in sales. She has an excellent reputation highlighting her client's needs as a priority. In her first year in real estate, she managed and recruited sales agents for her Broker, placing a great deal of emphasis on attending seminars, boosting morale, and versing the sales force on real estate trends. She was invited to work for Harich Development Company, a Canadian builder specializing in Interval Ownership and Resort Shares, known as The Ridge Tahoe. She consistently had the highest sales volume out of her team of 40 agents. Bonni became an active California Real Estate Broker in the early '80s. Her initial brokerage firm was in Palm Desert before making La Quinta her home and place of business. She went on to establish Village at La Quinta Realtors. She earned a contract granted by Hud, as the Area Manager Broker for the desert and surrounding cities, whereby she was certified as an Appraiser establishing her opinion of value.
Bonni's entrepreneurial spirit as a Broker and Owner for over 30 years, rewarded her with numerous new challenges. She is a dynamic business leader, who has sold multi-million dollar Luxury Homes, participating in development/ construction sales and management. Included in her expertise are real estates auctions, land and ranch sales, long term and vacation rentals. She exhibits a great degree of negotiating skills and prowess in real estate contracts. Her team includes young energetic technologically savvy associates with degrees in marketing. Bonni's knowledge pervades throughout the desert. She is well recognized as a person of ethics, moral character, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. She has been a member of the California Desert Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors for over 30 years. Bonni is a full-time Real Estate Broker committed to acquiring knowledge and honing skills to continue on her path of success. She presently owns and operates three successful real estate businesses.
